HEY WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON HERE?

Hockey Night in Canada…  …   … Thunder Bay, Ontario

We are just 4 weeks into the Mid-West Hockey League’s first season and nobody is talking about Goals, Assists, Great Saves, Fights or even the good old fashion yard sale we had last week.
No!
They are not talking at all.  Whispering in the hallways. Nodding  their heads with smirks on the faces.  Pointing fingers but nobody, not Players, not Coaches, not GM’s, not Trainers not even the Zamboni drivers are talking.
That is until last night when New Jersey and Thunder Bay were warming up and the lights suddenly went off in the Thunder Dome. It got as  dark as goaltenders heart. The players all went to their benches to wait the darkness out.  When the lights came back on a small Kid’s cardboard juice box was sitting on the New Jersey dasher right in front of Viktor Arvidsson.
And All I Am Saying is … Last Season 8 goals in 58 Games, this season 8 goals in 16 Games.
