Tijuana @ Fremont - Tijuana takes the series 4-2 over visiting Fremont. Five out of the six games were decided by 1-run.
 
Southbend @ Pittsburgh - The Sluggers pulls off a split (barely) against South Bend. The smoke and mirrors were apparently working.
 
Coconut Creek @ Elyria - Elyria takes 4 out of 6 against Coconut Creek. Tough series.
 
Bethesda @ Severn - Severn results. Game 4 saw Roy Halladay face the minimum 27 batters while throwing a no hitter, but he had 1 walk.
 
Yonge Street @ Virginia - Virginia splits with Yonge Street.

Gm.1 YSS 7-3 R.Santiago 3-5, a homer and 3 RBI. Wright also goes deep.
Gm.2 VIR 13-0 Cahill tosses 5 hitter. Everyone in VIR lineup gets a hit.
Gm.3 YSS 2-0 Nova tough. Allows 8 hits but no runs.
Gm.4 VIR 2-1 Abreu's walk-off single in 12th wins it.
Gm.5 YSS 10-4 15 hits are too much for Gents. S,Smith picks up 3 RBI.
Gm.6 VIR 9-3 Scherzer CG 4-hitter. Stanton, 2 homers , 6 RBI.
 
Hollywood @ Detroit - Holllywood takes series over Detroit 4-2.
 
Chicago @ Dallas - Mobsters win 5 in Dallas.
 
Motor City @ Camarillo - Motor City takes the first and last game of the seires - behind Kartsens - however Camarillo takes the other 4 and win the series 4 to 2.
 
Roseville @ Iron City - After an opening game rainout, Iron City and Roseville split the first four games. Roseville then wins the rubber match to take the series on the road.
 
Manhattan @ Bay State - Manhattan and Baystate split 3-3.
 
Long Beach @ Tempe - One sided series as the home town out scored the visitors 41-5.

G1 - Tempe pounds out 16 hits and McCarthy holds LBD to only a solo HR by Overbay. TEM 7-1
G2 - Duda, Beltre, and Ruiz homer and Cain dominates - TEM 6-0
G3 - Stauffer and the pen pitch a shutout. Granderson and Gonzalez HR. TEM 6-0
G4 - RBI double by Espinosa prevents a 3rd shutout. Pence and Gonzalez HR. TEM 5-1
G5 - Tulo three run HR breaks open a tight game. TEM 6-2
G6 - Cain pitches out of few jams and Granderson launches two more HR. TEM 9-1
 
Jersey @ Valdosta -  Another painful series for the Snappers faithful as the Nor'Easters blow in to town and take 4 of 6.

Game 1: Howie Kendrick (who had a great series) homered twice and knocked in 5 as the Nor'Easters blow past the Turtles 10-4.
Game 2: Jersey raps out 20 base hits as they breeze past the Snappers 13-2.
Game 3: Kendrick knocked in 4 more runs and Carl Pavano improved to 9-5 as Jersey wins 7-3.
Game 4: Juan Uribe hit a HR in the 8th to put Valdosta up 5-4 and Kimbrell recorded his 23rd save.
Game 5: Rickey Romero improves to 14-4 as the Nor'Easters win 6-4.
Game 6: Kevin Correia was tossing a shutout in the 9th but began to tire and gave way to Kimbrell. Howie Kendrick hit a PH 3 run HR of him to tie it and it stayed tied until Josh Redding hit a walkoff HR in the bottom of the 10th to give Valdosta a 5-4 victory.
 
Owensboro @ Clovis - Clovis snaps 10 game losing skid with a split of 6 games against powerful Owensboro.
 
Sacramento @ West Coast - West coast takes vengeance on Sacramento in Game 1, winning 12-3, and moving on to split the series. Sacramento's pitching simply couldn't contain the West Coast offence.
