Hollywood @ Buffalo  - The Buffalo Braves take the series over the Hollywood Werewolves 5-1!

Fremont @ Severn  - No News Out of Severn.

Canton @ Tijuana  - Canton comes to town and takes 4 of 6 from the home town Bottle Rockets.

Elyria @ Chicago - Elyria comes to town and takes 2 out of 6 from the hometown Mobsters.   The Mobsters are looking for a big second half, and were hoping to get out of the gate with a better record.  Looks like they will have to do the damage next week in Detroit.

Detroit @ Coconut Creek - Five of the six games are decided by one run. No real hitting stars as the series was all about pitching. Meche tosses the only shutout while Putz gets 3 saves. Game-1 was interesting though. Johan Santana throws a 4-hitter for Detroit. But CCC wins the game as all 4 hits were solo homers. CCC takes the series 4-2.

Yonge Street @ Virginia - Yonge Street Stalkers come to Virginia and slug the Sluggers. Take series 5-1.   David Wright goes wild 15-27, .555 BA, 7 runs, 15 RBI, 2 HR's.

Kentucky @ Topeka - Topeka and Kentucky split the series.

Toad Hollow @ Midland - Midland continues where they left off before the break and sweep Toad Hollow. They've won 13 in a row.
Game 1: Midland get HRs from Beltran, Hunter and McDonald to pace the win. Bedard goes a solid 7 innings to notch the win, 9-2.
Game 2: Midland pounds out 16 hits and put up a 7 spot in the third to coast to a 13-4 win. Vizquel and Crede each get 3 hits.
Game 3: Harang goes 8 innings to get the win and Street picks up the save as Midland wins a tight one 3-1. Teixeira goes deep.
Game 4: Hensley continues to win as he goes 7 innings giving up 2 runs on 5 hits. Teixeira goes deep again and Midland wins 7-2.
Game 5: Haren has a strong outing for TH, but the defense makes 2 errors allowing a couple of UER as Midland wins 3-2. Crain gets the win in relief and Street the save.
Game 6: Carlos Villanueva gets a spot start and throws a one-hitter over 8 innings only yielding an unearned run. Vizquel and Kendall get 3 hits each to pace the 8-2 win

Ann Arbor @ Garden City - Ann Arbor comes to GC and puts up a fight. They lose the first 4 as Saito comes on to save them all. They get a gem of a pitching performance and take the 5th game 1-0. However, the staff implodes in game 6 and give up 11.   Gangstas take series 5-1.

New River @ Los Angeles - LA takes 5 of 6 from New River, with the series ending with two brutal 12-inning and 14-inning extra inning games.

Tempe @ Camarillo  - Camarillo drop the first 4 of the series, but manages to take the final two and stay just above the 500 mark. More Tempe players were hurt in this series - including Roger Clemens (who is expected to miss a majority of the rest of the season).

Gm1: Tem 4 Cam 1 - Johjima hit 3 run homer in this one.
Gm2: Tem 9 Cam 6 - Griffey hits 10th.
Gm3: Tem 4 Cam 0 - Arroyo wins 13th game with 7.1 shutout innings.
Gm4: Tem 3 Cam 0 - Clemens strikes out 11 in 7 innings, but leaves game with major injury.
Gm5: Cam 4 Tem 3 - Rookie Joe Saunders improves to 5-1.
Gm6: Cam 8 Tem 5 - Carl Crawford's walk-off home run win this one. Crawford homered twice and tripled in this one.
Clemens is placed on the DL. He’s not really injured but he has a clause in his contract that allows him to take a month off when he reaches 50% usage. He’ll be back in game 120 to beat up on the Riots and tune up for the playoffs.

Iron City @ Northridge - Northridge and Iron City split the series.
