The Mid-West Baseball League is a 28-team (APBA) Baseball for Windows League, which has 28 members, across the United States & Canada. Each Member of the Mid-West Baseball League has rights to their franchise. All franchises consist of 38 man Major League Roster and a 12-man Minor League Roster. The MWBL is for the General Manager who does his homework. With 28 Franchises, and a very deep Minor League System, including the top 336 Minor League players who are already drafted, this League is for the most dedicated owners.
