131 PLAYERS DECLARE FREE AGENCY

The following list of players have been filed for Mid-West Baseball League Free Agency based on the Usage Rules, according to the Mid-West Baseball League League Guide.
C. POST SEASON WAIVERS/ FREE AGENCY
1. After the conclusion of the Playoffs, and before cutting down to the roster limits, all players who have not met the following usage requirements will be released from their teams and placed into the MWWL Draft. The MWWL League (American League or National League) in which the player finishes the season determines the usage requirements.
a. Players with at least 100 Plate Appearances during the MLB season that do not at least reach 50% of their MLB usage during the MWWL Regular Season are released.
b. Pitchers with at least 25 Innings Pitched during the MLB season that do not at least reach 50% of their MLB usage during the MWWL Regular Season are released.
Players listed here will be eligible to be drafted at the Mid-West Winter League 1981 Draft.
