1993 MWWL AWARDS

California’s John Olerud won the Most Valuable Player in the American League & Ken Griffey Jr. of Sugar Land was the National League’s Most Valuable Player.

California’s Juan Guzman won the American League Cy Young &  Germantown’s Kevin Appier won the Cy Young in the National League.

California’s Tim Salmon won the American League Rookie of the Year & Mike Piazza of Missouri won the National League Rookie of the Year.

California’s Bryan Harvey won the American League Rolaids Reliever of the Year & Jeff Montgomery of Germantown won the National League Rolaids Reliever of the Year Award.

World Series Winning Manager Brian Mazurek took home the Manager of the Year Award in the American League for the Mexico City Chihuahuas & Kevin McNally of the Missouri Black Bears took the honors in the National League.
