MWBL COMMISSIONER OFFICE
The MWBL Ball Park Draft Phase I was completed on Wednesday morning. 21 of the 24 MWBL franchises made first round selections. 15 Franchises received their first round selection. Six teams were shut out of there first choice. MWBL Franchises that did not receive their phase I selection will be eligible to enter Phase II. Parks Must be submitted by Sunday November 22, 10:00 AM EST. The Following MWBL franchises will be playing the 1999 MWBL season in the following ball parks.

- Columbus Explorers – Jacobs Field (Cleveland)
- Connecticut Eulers – Yankee Stadium (New York)
- Los Angeles Riots – Edison Int’l of Anaheim (Anaheim)
- Midland Mud Hens – Fenway Park (Boston)
- Mohawk Valley Rangers – Wrigley Field (Chicago)
- New River Road Runners – Bank One Ballpark (Arizona)
- Northridge Quakes – Dodgers Stadium (Los Angeles)
- Ohio Valley Buckeyes – Cinergy Field (Cincinnati)
- Santa Fe Devils – The Astrodome (Houston)
- Staunton Cheap Seats – Veterans Stadium (Philadelphia)
- Tacoma Tall Timbers – The Kingdome (Seattle)
- Tempe Tempers – Coors Field (Colorado)
- Virginia Sluggers – Camden Yards (Baltimore)
