These proposals will be posted until September 1st, 2011, in the League Manager Schedule.
At that point the veterans committee will vote on these proposals being placed on the ballot
If they make the ballot we will vote on new rule proposals for 2012 MWBL Season
sometime before the end of the 2011 MWBL Regular Season.
